For many of us, it starts in childhood or early adulthood – absorbed through the subtle (or not so subtle) messages about what women should do, what’s “practical”, or what counts as “real success”. These messages settle into the nervous system, forming quiet agreements like: “it’s safer not to try too hard”, “don’t be too visible”, or “If I don’t expect too much, I won’t be disappointed”.

And yet, here you are. Dreaming big, wanting more, feeling called to step into something richer, freer and truer. That’s not coincidence, that’s your soul speaking.
