Put simply, I’ve done the research so you can focus on healing.

This is personal to me – I know what it’s like to feel stuck – to feel like there’s a more joyful, fulfilled and contented version of yourself waiting to be discovered.

It can feel daunting enough to try to set off on this journey, let alone navigate the overwhelming amounts of information and advice that you need to understand to reach a place where you’re truly thriving. So I’ve done the work – I’ve tried and tested so many things to really understand what works and I’m here to help you find that light at the end of the tunnel – trust me, it’s there.

Mine is a pyramid approach – making sure we build solid foundations from the bottom up, always looking at things through a holistic lens.


To make lasting changes, we need to start looking at health holistically. I believe that in order to heal and thrive, every person needs to focus on all the different aspects of themselves – mind, body, our energetic field and our soul.

My passion now is helping women empower themselves by guiding them to the tools they need to thrive, and redirect them to the path they were meant to be on.

It’s important that you know they’re already there – you have everything you need to live the life you deserve. My job is to help you draw on your own wisdom.

MY PHILOSOPHY

My approach is to help women make long-term transformational changes to their life.

This is not about a temporary fix or engaging with fads. But about crafting a daily routine that’s life-changing and sustainable.

Nor is this about fitting in as many biohacks as you can, I’ve learned this is counter-productive and stress inducing, the opposite of what we are trying to achieve.

This is about finding the balance that’s unique to you.

Sometimes that means you’ll eat the cake or wear non-organic make-up... and that’s ok.

We’ll take an 80/20 approach that will allow you the flexibility you need to affect change in a way that feels completely manageable.
